Terrific Tea Loaf New
One of the easiest recipes around, but don’t be put off by that! Incredibly delicious, and easily adapted to ‘Jazz it up’. Try adding nuts, cherries or other dried ingredients to take it to another level – this is a basis for you to adapt – add about 3tbsp of any extra ingredients.
300g SR Flour
1 Mug Cold Black Tea
Mix the dry ingredients together before adding the tea. Mix well until a thick batter forms.
Place in loaf tin and bake for 45 minutes at 170c. Once the time is up, turn off the oven and leave to sit in there for another 10 minutes.
Eat while warm with plenty of butter.
